Our 8-member Operations Services team is looking for reinforcement. We are responsible for opening digital new customer relationships as well as handling settlements and unclaimed assets. Operations Services Specialist 70 – 80%
What you will achieve
- You support the area of digital new customer onboarding (self-onboarding) as well as the digital identification of our customers, thus contributing to efficient processes and a positive customer experience.
- You actively work in the areas of settlement and unclaimed assets, thereby strengthening team collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Through your active participation in projects and continuous process improvement, you specifically drive the development of our procedures forward.
- By developing and executing test cases, you expand your area of responsibility and make a direct contribution to system quality and security.
- A combination of presence time in the office and home office is possible by arrangement.

- You quickly familiarise yourself with new topics, work precisely, and have a high standard of quality.
- In your commercial basic training and initial professional experience, you have impressed with your good comprehension and diligence.
