Project Manager Heating / Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Project Manager Sanitary & Heating / Building Technology for the independent handling of diverse new build, conversion and renovation projects. You will accompany your projects from order placement through work preparation and execution to successful handover and billing. In doing so, you coordinate installation teams, suppliers and other project participants and always keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality. The position is suitable both for experienced project managers and for qualified specialists from building technology who are aiming to take the next step into project management.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of sanitary and heating projects
Project execution from order placement to acceptance and handover
Responsibility for work preparation, resource and schedule planning
Creation and processing of quotations, change orders, measurements and billing
Technical planning and development of practical sanitary and heating solutions
Organisation of material procurement and supplier coordination
Professional leadership and deployment planning of fitters and installation teams
Participation in construction, project and coordination meetings
Ongoing control and monitoring of costs, deadlines and execution quality
Consultation and support of clients, customers, architects and other project partners
Coordination of interfaces with HVAC, electrical and building automation
Conducting acceptances, project completions and post-calculations as well as optimisation of internal project processes
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship as sanitary installer EFZ, heating installer EFZ or comparable training
Further training as project manager building technology, chief fitter, certified technician HF building technology or comparable qualification advantageous
Professional experience in the Swiss building technology sector
Experience in project management or solid practical experience with willingness to enter project management
Knowledge in calculation, work preparation, measurement and project billing advantageous
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
Driving licence category B
