Scientist Quality Control (a), 100%
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our release laboratory in the QC Late Phase department, we are looking for a committed Scientist Quality Control (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Assessment and review of GMP-compliant analyses with a focus on (U)HPLC-UV/VIS and LC-MS within the scope of routine, release, and stability testing.
- Professional handling of OOS, OOT, deviation, and CAPA processes as well as scientific evaluation of analytical results.
- Maintenance and updating of Analytical Instructions and other GMP-relevant documents.
- Participation in the continuous optimisation of an efficient QC routine operation focusing on short turnaround times, high quality, and future-proof standardised processes.
- Technical guidance of laboratory technicians on analytical questions.
- Responsibility for analytical issues and close collaboration with scientists and laboratory specialists to ensure efficient and GMP-compliant analytics.
Your profile:
- Completed degree (BSc or MSc) in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a comparable scientific discipline.
- Several years of GMP experience in pharmaceutical analytics with a Bachelor’s degree; initial professional experience highly advantageous with a Master’s degree.
- Sound knowledge of instrumental analytics, especially (U)HPLC-UV/VIS; LC-MS knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in peptide analytics is an advantage.
- Experience in handling Quality Events (OOS, OOT, Deviations, CAPAs) is desirable.
- Knowledge of GMP-relevant IT systems such as LIMS, CDS, and SAP.
- Analytical mindset, strong quality orientation, and enjoyment of professional responsibility.
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with a structured and independent working style.
- Good German and English skills.
