Your diverse range of tasks includes in particular:
- Overall responsibility for electrical projects and services within the assigned area
- Leadership, support and development of an existing team

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Completed further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence
- Required qualifications in the field of electrical safety
- Several years of professional experience in planning, implementing and managing electrical systems
- Experience in a leadership role or demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong social skills and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Good knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations
- Strong understanding of economic and operational contexts
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong initiative
- Experience in project and order processing
- Confident use of MS Office and common digital work tools
- Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
