Screw Machinist (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as production mechanic specialising in screw machining, polymechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience in screw machining in the watchmaking or microtechnology sector in Switzerland
• Experience with Citizen, Tornos, Tsugami, SwissNano machines or equivalent equipment
• Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading and dimensional inspection
• Comfortable with traditional measuring instruments and quality control systems
• Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented personality
• Good team spirit and sense of responsibility

• Ensure the setup, start-up and production monitoring on screw machines
• Guarantee the conformity of produced parts according to quality requirements
• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections during manufacturing
• Optimise production conditions and equipment performance
• Perform tool changes and necessary corrections
• Participate in solving technical problems and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures
