Your Role and Responsibilities
- Direct reception of patients in the outpatient clinic and dental practice with a representational function
- Fulfilling a host role, ensuring professional care of patients in the waiting area
- Receiving and processing telephone calls and patient enquiries at reception
- Supporting the clinic’s own consultation hours by arranging follow-up appointments as well as confident handling of and understanding the clinic’s internal appointment system and the corresponding procedures
- Case opening and case processing, recording of cost bearers and guarantors, checking patient master data
- Ordering materials and support services
Your Profile
Training as a dental assistant or professional experience in the dental field
- Communicative and likeable nature with high social skills and good manners
- High organisational skills and a pronounced service orientation
- Experience in organising and scheduling patient appointments is an advantage
- Reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- English skills and other foreign language skills such as Italian and French are an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of clinic or dental practice information systems (e.g. KISIM, ZaWin) is an advantage
