Your Tasks
Recruitment & Application Management: You support the entire recruitment process - from creating and publishing job advertisements to processing applications and corresponding with managers and applicants.
HR Systems & Consulting: You work with our HR systems (including SuccessFactors), assist users with questions, and participate in training as well as the preparation and follow-up of Q&A sessions.
Innovation & Personnel Development: You contribute your own ideas to further develop our recruitment and talent management processes and support the establishment of competence and succession programmes as well as career planning.
Your Profile
Experience: You have initial professional experience in human resources and bring methodological as well as technical skills in project management. In addition, you have already conducted analyses and developed concepts. Experience in the public administration is an advantage.
Personality: You are a committed and responsible individual with an independent working style. You approach changes and new challenges with openness and flexibility. You actively contribute to the development of our Talent Management area.
Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree or are in an advanced stage of studies in Human Resources Management, Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable course of study.
Language: You have a confident oral and written command of German.
Insight into Our Work
The Central Services area consolidates the cross-sectional and support tasks of the Department of Education. Central Services form the competence centre for organisational, business management, personnel policy, and system-technical issues at the departmental level and are divided into the following five departments: Finance and Controlling, Digitalisation and IT, Personnel, Space and Facilities, and Material Centre. These ensure smooth operations and act as versatile service providers for the department’s specialist areas.
Our centrally located sites are easily accessible on foot, by bike, and by public transport.
