OSEO Vaud is advertising a position for a prospecting team leader (permanent contract at 80-100%) for the Coaching+ sector ( https://www.oseo-vd.ch/prestation/coaching-plus ), with the aim of strengthening OSEO in the integration market.
Coaching+ brings together various support measures towards employment or training for adults, migrants, parents and young adults benefiting from the Integration Income (RI).
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the prospecting team composed of 7 placement advisors;
- Lead the weekly meeting: distribution of requests, questions, coordination of ongoing tasks;
- Ensure the daily smooth running of the team and support the team;
- Ensure administrative follow-up in our database;
- Organise the annual meetings (4 times a year): facilitation, minute-taking and follow-up of actions;
- Develop projects for the prospecting division with team members and in collaboration with the sector manager (development of business partnerships, employer event calendar, improvement of our database, collaboration between sector functions, etc.);
- Welcome interns;
- Participate in the development of the team’s skills;
- Participate in certain development and improvement projects of the COA+ sector as well as OSEO Vaud.
What you bring
- Commercial CFC, maturity certificate or higher education in management, commerce or human resources;
- Proven experience in B2B service sales and team management, ideally in the HR or temporary work sector;
- Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written);
- Comfortable with IT applications Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Very good knowledge of the socio-economic fabric and labour market of the region and canton;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, results/client-oriented, ability to collaborate, communicate, flexibility and adaptability;
- Clean special and general criminal record extracts, to be provided upon hiring.
