For our client, a renowned industrial company in the Wetzikon area, we are looking for a responsible individual as:

HR Generalist (m/f/d) 80-100%

HR with heart, mind and foresight...

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Independent handling of HR administration
• Support and advice to line managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit on general HR matters
• You assist in recruiting, create and place advertisements, conduct interviews and have the entire recruitment process from A to Z under control
• Participation in exciting HR projects as well as active involvement in the optimisation and further development of HR processes
• Close collaboration with internal contacts as well as support of the HR team in day-to-day business, or deputising in other areas

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Commercial basic training with completed further education in the HR field
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic and demanding environment
• You are very familiar with Abacus and gladly apply your extensive knowledge of labour and social security law
• You are a valuable, empathetic personality who maintains respectful manners, thinks entrepreneurially and brings a high level of service understanding
• Fluent German skills are a prerequisite for this role
