For our renowned client - a leading, highly specialised player in the insurance industry in the Bern area - we are looking for a dynamic personality as a Clerk Property & Liability Insurance (m/f) 80-100%.

As the heart of the back office, you support the team and ensure that customers in the property and liability insurance sector receive first-class service. You make complex insurance cases simple and combine administrative precision with strong service orientation.

• Independent processing and review of applications, contracts and changes in the property and liability segment
  

• Professional contact point for written and telephone customer enquiries in second-level support and back office

• Careful examination and handling of claims in close cooperation with specialists

• Active maintenance of master data as well as continuous process optimisation for a smooth workflow

• Interface between customers, partners and internal departments - fluent in German and French

• Expertise: Completed commercial training (preferably in the insurance industry), a VBV certificate or many years of solid professional experience in the insurance environment

• Experience: Several years of practice in customer service or back office with deep knowledge of property and liability insurance

• Language skills: Very good German and French skills (mandatory for daily customer interaction)

• Digital mindset: Proficient use of modern software, CRM systems and common MS Office tools

• Personality: Service-oriented mindset, high accuracy, solution orientation and enjoyment of working in a motivated team
