Claims Manager
Within our team dedicated to managing client accounts, you play an essential role in monitoring unpaid premiums and contributions. Your goal? To ensure rigorous recovery in compliance with legal requirements, while maintaining clear and considerate contact with the insured.
What you do daily
You manage offers to redeem acts of default on assets to maximise financial recoveries. You analyse received requests, process redemption offers, and ensure the follow-up of files and payments.
You handle the entire LAMal and LCA litigation procedure, ensuring compliance with the legal framework and internal directives. You guarantee proper processing of files and ensure their smooth progress until resolution.
You manage communications with debt relief organisations and the insured, while monitoring the evolution of situations. You maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to facilitate recovery and progress of cases.
What you bring to the team
You demonstrate strong analytical skills that allow you to assess situations accurately and make decisions independently. You can identify issues, propose appropriate solutions, and take responsibility.
You manage your activities with rigour and organisation, respecting priorities and deadlines. You also show good stress resistance, enabling you to maintain the quality of your work even in demanding contexts.
You are proficient with IT tools and rely on initial administrative experience as well as a commercial employee CFC. You apply your skills to ensure effective and professional file management.
