Senior Software Test Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000The expertise of our ROCKEN partner lies in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of sophisticated methods. The service of our partner includes test management, test automation, and project management of heterogeneous IT solutions.
Role:
In this role, you take on test management for diverse software projects and ensure their quality in demanding customer environments. You coordinate test activities within project assignments, partly on-site or remotely, and ensure a structured and efficient implementation. As an experienced professional in the testing field, you use your know-how to purposefully expand test strategies and approaches. In doing so, you contribute significantly to sustainably strengthening and professionally further developing the testing area.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the entire testing process from planning through execution to evaluation and follow-up.
You define suitable test strategies and combine manual checks with automated testing procedures.
You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, interfaces, and involved service providers and ensure a smooth flow of testing activities.
You manage defects, test data, and test environments and ensure traceable documentation as well as meaningful reporting.
You lead test teams professionally, support with methodological questions, and continuously develop the test organisation.
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in business informatics, business administration, software development, or a comparable education.
You bring several years of experience in test management or test consulting.
You work confidently with test and project management tools such as JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
You are familiar with common frameworks and tools for automated testing, for example Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
You communicate confidently in German and English and can convey technical as well as professional topics appropriately to the audience up to C-level.
