Senior IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Solution Development: Developing solutions and decision bases for complex and interconnected IT systems based on requirements
Technology Integration: Evaluating and integrating new hardware, software, and ICT components into demanding IT environments
Process Optimisation: Ensuring and optimising smooth installation and handover processes
Troubleshooting: Analysing and resolving complex system errors as well as performing restart and recovery procedures
Security Management: Defining and implementing security, data backup measures, and processes for change and problem management
Consulting and Documentation: Advising clients and specialist departments as well as ensuring complete system documentation and compliance with guidelines
Responsibilities:
Education: Completed degree or comparable qualification in computer science, IT support, or related fields
Experience: Several years of professional experience in IT support, ideally in an internationally active company
Technical Knowledge: Solid expertise in hardware and software systems as well as network technologies
IT Management: Proven experience in managing and optimising complex IT infrastructures
Software Skills: Very good understanding of Microsoft Office products as well as their administration and support
Mobile Devices: Experience in professional support and configuration of Apple and Android devices
Language Skills: Business fluent German is essential
