Assistant – Office of the General Counsel
Location: Zurich
Workload: 100%
Start Date: By arrangement
- Perform standardised legal tasks (e.g. in commercial register matters) and maintain legal templates
- Act as the first point of contact for triaging and coordinating new enquiries
- Maintain checklists, process documentation and workflows and continuously develop them further
- Manage the organised filing of electronic and physical documents
- Keep content in the OGC intranet up to date and create and format guidance documents, checklists and FAQs
- Actively participate in tool implementations as well as in the digitalisation and automation of processes (e.g. e-signature, shared mailbox, automations)
- Take on diverse administrative tasks (appointment organisation, correspondence, document management) and act as an interface to other Corporate Centre areas

- Commercial training (or equivalent)
- Ideally some initial experience in the legal field
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- Interest in legal topics and legal operations as well as enjoyment of standardisation and quality
- Networked thinking, quick comprehension, precise and careful working style, and resilience
- Team player with strong communication skills and enjoyment of interface work
