Technical Product Manager Aftersales (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company with an international focus. The emphasis is on high-quality products, reliable services, and close collaboration with customers and business partners.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible as a technical product manager for products throughout their entire lifecycle. The focus is on aftersales with international customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
You support customers and service partners abroad
Handling complaints and warranty cases
Management of the spare parts business
Coordination of suppliers and external partners
Alignment with production, development, and service
Participation in product improvements
Data maintenance in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Technical training or university degree in a technical field
2-5 years of experience in a comparable role
Industry experience in refrigeration technology or vehicle technology
Practical experience in aftersales, warranty, or service business
Experience with international customers and suppliers
Good ERP knowledge, ideally SAP
Very good English mandatory, good German skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
