IT Specialist 2nd-Level / Application Operations (m/f/d)
This ROCKEN partner develops, integrates, and operates specialised applications with federal-level software solutions for its customers. These solutions serve both the customers and the public. It understands the customers’ expectations and strives to meet and exceed them. Customer satisfaction is exceptionally high.
Responsibilities:
Technical support and further development of business-critical applications
Analysis and resolution of technical issues in the 2nd-level support environment
Participation in system migrations, release changes, and IT operational tasks (user management, interface maintenance, logging)
Ensuring smooth application operations including performance monitoring
Close collaboration with internal and external IT teams to optimise support processes
Support in software testing and quality assurance of new features
Qualifications:
IT specialist with federal certificate (specialising in system technology or application development)
Several years of experience in application support or IT operations, preferably in complex IT environments
Know-how in Windows infrastructure, IT security, automation, and data management
Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, ideally knowledge of ITIL
Quick comprehension, solution-oriented approach, and strong technical understanding
Fluent in German, second official language an advantage
