To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant (M/F). We offer you a dynamic professional project within a close-knit team, with the possibility to actively participate in numerous projects. The workload is flexible and can vary from 50% to 100% depending on your profile.
Your future responsibilities:
- You will ensure the reception and welcome of candidates and our temporary employees.
- You will be responsible for entering hours and managing the administrative aspects of assignments.
- You will be the primary contact for accident declarations, family allowance requests and questions related to salary statements.
- You will support the recruitment process, from analysing applications to preselecting profiles.
- You will be an available, proactive, flexible and committed contact for our candidates and employees.
- You will be an ambassador for our company, its values and principles.
Your profile:
- You have perfect command of French and excellent writing skills.
- You have good knowledge of German, which is a real asset.
- Ideally, you have some experience in the personnel placement sector or in a dynamic HR department.
- You have a good command of common IT tools.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills (availability, rigour, relational skills...).
- You are a trustworthy, sunny, smiling and discreet person.
- You have a good knowledge of the Biel/Bienne region and its surroundings, which is an asset.
- Whether you are university-educated or self-taught, you are above all a passionate and motivated talent eager to learn.
- You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
