You contribute to the creation of carefully presented dishes, respectful of the products and the expectations of a clientele accustomed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your attention to detail, your ability to anticipate service needs and your desire to share your knowledge will make you a true pillar of the team, far beyond your technical mastery alone.
Profile Sought
You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent qualification and have built your career within 5-star hotel establishments, where you have acquired the demands and reflexes specific to the luxury world. Beyond your culinary skills, it is your mindset that will make the difference: curiosity, humility, team spirit and a desire to progress.
