ICT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
Responsibility for support requests across all process phases until resolution
Ensuring a service-oriented delivery in accordance with SLA requirements
Review and improvement of service processes, including identification of automation potential
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
Close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT EFZ or equivalent qualification
Experience in supporting Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android
Knowledge of SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills and confident handling of internal stakeholders
Very good German skills (at least C2), good English skills
