Project Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced project manager for demanding HVAC projects with a focus on ventilation. Our client plans and implements technical solutions in heating, ventilation, and building technology and accompanies projects from conception to implementation. The company offers challenging projects, modern planning methods, high personal responsibility, as well as attractive opportunities for professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and handling of demanding HVAC projects with a focus on ventilation
Project planning from the concept phase through detailed planning to realisation
Creation of plans, schematics, tenders, and technical documentation
Dimensioning and design of ventilation systems and building technology components
Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers, and other project participants
Support and supervision of site management and execution on site
Control of deadlines, costs, quality, and technical specifications
Support of commissioning, acceptance, and optimisation of the systems
Qualifications:
Degree from a technical college or university in building technology, HVAC, or equivalent
Several years of experience in ventilation planning and site management
Good knowledge of CAD, ideally Plancal Nova
Solid experience in project planning, detailed planning, and tendering
Very good German language skills spoken and written
