Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist for the independent planning and design of electrical systems in demanding residential, commercial and industrial buildings. You will handle projects across all construction phases and create electrical plans, schematics, tenders and technical documentation. You will work closely with clients, architects and other specialist planners and contribute to the HVACSE coordination within building technology. The position offers a varied field of activity in an interdisciplinary planning environment with a focus on modern electrical and building technology.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and design of electrical systems across all relevant construction phases
Creation and processing of electrical plans, principle diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical documentation
Preparation of tenders and specifications for electrical installations
Conducting site surveys and inspections as well as recording technical basics
Taking on tasks in electrical site management and monitoring proper implementation on site
Participation in technical concepts, dimensioning, calculations and cost estimates for electrical systems
Coordination and planning alignment of trades heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation and electrical (HVACSE)
Use of CAD and 3D planning systems to create and coordinate planning documents
Technical coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors
Support in procurement of basics, project organisation and scheduling within planning projects
Ensuring complete and comprehensible planning, revision and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training as an Electrical Planner EFZ or comparable basic electrical training
Professional experience in the planning and design of electrical systems in the building or building technology sector is an advantage
Good knowledge of CAD/3D planning software and confident use of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of tendering and submission software as well as in creating specifications
Knowledge of relevant Swiss electrical installation standards and planning requirements, especially NIN
Interest in interdisciplinary HVACSE planning and trade coordination
Good German language skills and a driving licence category B are advantageous
