We are looking for our Infrastructure Branch in French-speaking Switzerland, a Head of Department for Road Infrastructure and Sustainable Transport (m/f/d) 80-100%.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop the department at a strategic, organisational, financial and personnel level for the regions of Vaud, Geneva and Fribourg

• Actively participate in the commercial development of CSD

• Organise and manage the preparation of competitive service offers

• Ensure the management of the department's projects and the direction of major engineering projects in the fields of infrastructure and civil engineering works at a technical and financial level

• Implement new design and project management tools

Your profile

• ETH or University of Applied Sciences engineer in civil engineering or equivalent training, ideally complemented by management training

• 10 years of experience in the design of infrastructure and civil engineering works (roadways), including at least 3 years in Switzerland

• Proven experience in project management during study and implementation phases, with solid references

• Knowledge of and involvement in the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland

• Native French speaker (or at least C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), ideally with knowledge of German

• "BIM" experience would be an appreciated plus
