What you can achieve
- You accompany AI initiatives from the initial idea to successful implementation and actively contribute to building a future-proof AI landscape.
- Together with our specialist departments, you identify innovative AI and automation potentials and transform ideas into concrete solutions with measurable added value.
- You ensure that AI solutions are economically viable and compliant, as well as sustainably implemented.
- You inspire employees with AI technologies such as Copilot or Emmi GPT and support them in successfully establishing new ways of working.
- You translate business requirements into actionable AI technology concepts and actively contribute to the further development of AI governance and strategy.
- You empower employees through training, coaching, and enablement measures to use AI responsibly and effectively.
What you bring
- You are passionate about AI and want to actively shape and drive its use at Emmi.
- You have a completed education in business informatics, at least 2 years of practical experience in the AI field, and hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies (MS Power Platform and Copilot Studio).
- You recognise opportunities before others do and approach new challenges with initiative and innovative spirit.
- You know how to enthuse people about new technologies and communicate complex topics clearly.
- You move confidently between business and technology and have experience in leading and implementing projects.
- You communicate fluently in German and have business-level proficiency in English.
