As part of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking manufacturer based in the Canton of Geneva, a Polisher (M/F).

Your mission:

• Prepare surfaces and apply protections
• Carry out complete finishing: polishing, brightening, felt preparation, lapping on table and satin finishing
• Perform intermediate preparations
• Ensure aesthetic control

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a Watch Case Finisher or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in finishing high-end watch cases
• Mastery of polishing on platinum, gold and steel cases
• Mastery of all finishing operations on watch case components: from preparation to finishing.
• Used to self-inspection, especially at the aesthetic level
• Dexterity, rigour, versatility, dynamism, team spirit, autonomy
