Your responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in the daily organisation and management of the kitchen. Participate in order management and cost control
• Contribute to the development and production of bistronomic cuisine
• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team
• Ensure compliance with quality and presentation standards
• Effectively manage high-volume services as well as banquets, cocktails, and private events
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards

Your profile

• Professional training in cooking and proven experience as a Sous-Chef or experienced Chef de Partie
• Experience in a bistronomic and event environment
• Comfortable with high-volume services while maintaining a high level of quality
• Excellent organisational, anticipatory and stress management skills
• Ability to manage a brigade
• Available and flexible according to activity and events (continuous and/or split shifts)
