Job Description
For one of our clients, a high-end private establishment, we are looking for a Butler / VIP Experience Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany VIP guests with elegance and discretion;
- Anticipate needs and provide personalised service;
- Ensure the perfect upkeep of VIP areas;
- Manage and coordinate food and beverage services;
- Collaborate with the dining room, bar, reception and kitchen teams;
- Occasionally participate in events and private receptions;
- Guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Profile Sought
Your Profile
You have a background in hospitality, catering, reception or hospitality professions and have proven experience in a high-end environment: luxury hotels, premium restaurants, private clubs or similar settings.
Previous experience with a private family or VIP clientele is a real asset.
You have a perfect command of high-end service codes and can naturally interact with clients accustomed to the highest standards.

Organisation
The position involves continuous shifts, daytime and/or evening depending on activity.
Some flexibility is necessary, particularly to occasionally cover evening and weekend shifts depending on events and activity.
