Senior Corporate Accountant / Head of Corporate Finance (m/f/d) – Temporary

For an established industrial company in the Liechtenstein / Rhine Valley area, we are immediately seeking an experienced and solution-oriented personality in Senior Accounting to independently ensure the ongoing daily business and further develop financial and tax processes.

Framework Conditions

• Contract type: Temporary (approx. 6 months)

• Work location / Hybrid: Liechtenstein / Rhine Valley area (1 day/week home office possible after onboarding)

Main Tasks

• Financial Statements & Reporting: Independent preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as preparation of financial reporting.

• Taxation: Complete handling and responsibility for taxation (including corporate tax, VAT returns and withholding tax).

• Operational Accounting & Process Management: Independent management of financial accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, banking and payment transactions, reconciliations as well as expense and credit card processing via Yokoy).

• SAP Key User & Digitalisation: Taking on the key user role in SAP, supporting the accounts payable workflow (BLP) and actively participating in digitalisation projects (including S/4HANA).

• Process Optimisation: Continuous development and questioning of existing financial processes with a pragmatic "out-of-the-box" thinking approach.

Your Profile

• Advanced training in finance and accounting (e.g. certified expert in accounting and controlling, professional certificate or business degree with a focus on finance).

• Solid practical and leadership experience in senior accounting with in-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law (OR / Swiss GAAP FER).

• Strong SAP user knowledge (key user experience advantageous) as well as familiarity with modern software solutions (Yokoy, APL/BLP).

• Distinct hands-on mentality combined with the ability to think beyond the immediate scope and to act in a structured manner even under time pressure.

• Business fluent German and good English skills.
