For a demanding digital environment, an experienced individual is sought who builds modern DevOps structures and actively drives their technical development. The focus is on Azure DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, security, observability, and the stable operation of production-critical platforms.
You combine technical architectural understanding with a high standard for structured processes and sustainable solutions. At the same time, you work with internal teams, external partners, and various stakeholders and specifically develop DevOps know-how in the environment.
Responsibilities:
Building and further developing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps as well as establishing Terraform as the standard for Infrastructure-as-Code
Responsibility for secret management, vulnerability management, and the implementation of security measures in collaboration with DevSecOps
Building central logging, monitoring, and observability solutions including SLI/SLO concepts and UX analytics
Analysing and structuring technical requirements as well as developing sustainable architecture and operational concepts
Coordinating releases and changes and ensuring stable and high-quality operations
Defining technical interfaces to external partners as well as coaching and further developing internal DevOps and IaC competencies
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a comparable role with production-critical systems
Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform, container/Kubernetes technologies, and secret management
Experience with modern CMS and headless architectures as well as UX analytics, ideally Sitecore and Matomo
Knowledge of network security, WAF technologies, and vulnerability management
Experience in regulated environments as well as understanding of data protection and compliance is an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
Confident appearance towards technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent German language skills
