Responsibility for the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 and the local IT infrastructure
Analysis and resolution of faults in 1st and 2nd level support as well as ensuring reliable IT operations
Support of the entire workplace lifecycle for clients, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
Implementation of digitalisation, automation, and infrastructure projects with a focus on network, server, and security
Management of external IT partners as well as maintenance of technical documentation and IT processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Experience in IT support, workplace engineering, or system administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as interest in cloud, network, and infrastructure technologies
Independent, customer-oriented, and structured working style with a strong service and solution orientation
Very good German and good English skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
