Certified Fiduciary Expert / Management Position (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Location management and company growth: You are responsible for founding, building, and successfully growing a new location.
- High-level consulting: You advise both companies and private individuals on accounting, taxes, payroll administration, and legal issues.
- Network and business development: With your excellent networking skills, you continuously expand the regional network, identify new business opportunities, and establish the location as a driving force locally.
- Preparation and review of annual financial statements: You are responsible for preparing and reviewing annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and ensure compliance with all standards.
- Tax optimisation and declarations: You develop effective tax strategies to optimise the tax burden of our clients and take on the preparation of tax returns for legal entities and individuals.
- Representation and brand building: You are the face at networking events, trade fairs, and local business organisations, representing the brand as a trustworthy and competent partner.
Qualifications:
- Certified fiduciary expert: You have completed your training as a certified fiduciary expert and possess solid knowledge in the areas of fiduciary services, taxes, and financial accounting.
- Leadership personality: With at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position, you are familiar with the challenges of the industry and have successfully led or supervised teams.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset: You work independently and enjoy developing new business areas and proactively contributing to the further development of the location.
- Excellent communication skills: You are a communication professional and can confidently communicate not only in German but ideally also in English, French, or Italian.
