Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a creatively skilled professional as a draughtsman specialising in architecture / architect for an established company in the field of architecture, real estate development and construction. The focus of the position is on conceptual design as well as the preparation of professional building application and approval documents for demanding real estate projects. You will develop and visualise architectural concepts and accompany projects from the initial idea to the building application. You will work closely with the architect and project manager and be able to focus specifically on the creative and planning phases of architecture.
Responsibilities:
Conceptual design and draughting of architectural and real estate projects
Development and visualisation of architectural concepts, floor plans, sections and elevations
Preparation of complete building application plans and other documents for the building approval process
Review and consideration of building regulations, zoning ordinances and official requirements
Processing and further development of project variants using CAD, especially ArchiCAD or comparable planning systems
Support in feasibility studies as well as in the assessment of plots and development possibilities
Coordination of planning bases with architect, project manager and specialist planners
Preparation of planning documents and project documentation for internal and external project participants
Conducting plan reviews and ensuring a high draughting and technical quality
Accompanying adjustments and plan revisions within the framework of the building approval process
Qualifications:
Draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture or completed studies in architecture (FH/ETH/university)
Professional experience in conceptual and building application planning is an advantage
Very good knowledge of CAD, ideally ArchiCAD
Knowledge of Swiss building and planning processes as well as relevant building regulations
Solid knowledge in the preparation of floor plans, sections, elevations and building application plans
Strong understanding of architecture, design and constructive relationships
Very good German language skills for planning and approval procedures
