Building Services Planner 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
Our partner is looking for a talented Building Services Planner (m/f/d) to strengthen the team and help bring our clients’ visions to life. In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and builders to plan and design sanitary systems that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. If you have a passion for sustainable design and a preference for precise planning, then this role is just right for you!
Responsibilities:
- As a Building Services Planner, you design and plan sanitary installations for various building types
- You create technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- You coordinate with other trades and planners to ensure a smooth implementation
- You perform calculations and dimensioning to ensure the installations meet requirements
- You prepare tender documents and specifications
- You supervise the execution of work on site and ensure timely completion
- You conduct acceptance and commissioning and ensure everything functions perfectly
- You are the contact person for clients and site managers and advise them on all matters relating to sanitary technology
Qualifications:
- As a Building Services Planner, you have completed training as a sanitary installer and further training as a building services planner or hold a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in planning sanitary installations
- You have solid knowledge in using CAD software and MS Office
- You are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations
- You possess business fluent German skills and an independent, solution-oriented working style
