For our client, an outpatient organisation in Baselland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for you as a qualified nursing professional HF

Tasks

In this role, you are responsible for planning and executing the nursing process. This includes developing the care plan and carrying out the care. You coordinate with team colleagues and network with interdisciplinary participants, relatives and doctors
