Site Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of installations in new builds and renovations according to plan specifications and quality standards.
- Ensuring optimal execution quality through regular inspections and monitoring of work processes.
- Proactive planning of daily and weekly workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Leading and supporting subordinate employees and apprentices to foster their development and performance.
- Close collaboration with other trades, site managers, and project managers to coordinate and smoothly manage construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ with proven experience in executing sanitary installations.
- Possibly initial experience in a leadership role or willingness to take on management responsibilities.
- Familiarity with industry-standard norms and standards in the sanitary sector.
- Reliability, commitment, and the ability to assert oneself are essential qualities.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a team distinguish you. You also value a neat appearance and professional conduct.
