About the job
For our client, an established company in the construction and building materials sector, we are looking for a responsible individual as an Asphalt Plant Mixing Supervisor. In this varied role, you will take responsibility for asphalt production, coordinate daily production processes, and ensure that the highest quality standards are reliably maintained.
- Ensuring economical and timely production of various asphalt mixtures
- Planning and coordination of daily production orders as well as liaising with customers and transport partners
- Preparation of production and delivery documents as well as comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes
- Monitoring raw material stocks and organising material procurement
- Operation, control and ongoing optimisation of the mixing plant during production operations
- Technical understanding of production plants as well as an interest in machinery and plant technology
- Experience in handling production processes, material disposition and quality requirements
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Enjoyment in contact with customers, suppliers and drivers
- Good German language skills

Profile
- Professional experience as a mixing supervisor, plant operator or production staff in an asphalt plant is an advantage; alternatively, experience in road construction, as a construction machinery operator, or in a comparable role related to asphalt production- Technical understanding of production plants as well as an interest in machinery and plant technology
- Experience in handling production processes, material disposition and quality requirements
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Enjoyment in contact with customers, suppliers and drivers
- Good German language skills
