Operating Theatre Nurse / TSO Instrumentalist 100% – Geneva

As part of a recruitment for a clinic specialised in medicine and cosmetic surgery based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Operating Theatre Nurse / TSO Instrumentalist.

The position will ideally start at 50%, with a planned progression to 100% within approximately 2 to 3 months.

Your duties

• Assistance in the operating theatre

• Preparation of equipment and instrumentation

• Assistance with cosmetic surgery procedures

• Performing and supporting skin care and laser treatments

• Welcoming and caring for patients

• Reception management

• Administrative follow-up of files

• Coordination with the medical team

• Participation in the daily smooth running of the clinic

Your profile

• Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland, ideally obtained in Switzerland

• Additional training as an operating theatre nurse or Operating Room Technician – TSO is a real advantage

• Proven experience in the operating theatre

• Experience in the field of medicine or cosmetic surgery

• Very good knowledge of skin care and laser treatments

• Previous experience in a medical or cosmetic surgery clinic is highly desirable

• Very good administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills with a demanding clientele

• Established in the Geneva region for at least 2 years

• High autonomy, rigour, discretion and a service-oriented attitude

Languages

• French: minimum level C1

• English: minimum level B2/C1 mandatory

Mastery of an additional language is an asset.
