For one of our establishments located in the Aigle region, we are looking for our:
Head Chef at 100%

In this role, your mission will be to:- Participate in the production of hot & cold cuisine, as well as meal distribution.
- Lead the kitchen team and organise work to ensure smooth and rapid production.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and the quality of prepared dishes, maintaining high standards.
- Manage orders in compliance with internal guidelines and ensure optimal stock levels to meet needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene rules according to current HACCP standards, thus guaranteeing food safety for guests.
- Prepare for events and collaborate with dietitians.
- Ensure cleanliness of utensils, kitchen premises and annexes, in accordance with established protocols.
- Supervise, train and support your team on a daily basis.
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef.

- Comfortable with numbers and IT tools, you master the administrative management of a restaurant and ensure rigorous follow-up.

- Proactive and methodical, you excel in managing priorities and optimising resources.
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent qualification.
- Good command of French and English (level B1).
