As an HR administration specialist, you are the friendly face of our branch and the central hub for all HR matters concerning our temporary employees. Together with your team colleague, you keep the HR administration running smoothly and ensure seamless processes. Among other things, these exciting tasks await you:- Accident and sickness notifications: You ensure that all notifications are processed correctly and promptly.
- Permits in view: You reliably monitor and check work permits.
- Correspondence: Whether by email or letter - you communicate professionally and to the point.
- Master data maintenance: You keep our systems always up to date and clean.
- File management: You record and archive all employee files in a structured manner.
- Reception: You greet job seekers warmly and organise the registration forms.
- AHV notifications: You proactively take care of all relevant notifications.
- Child allowances: You efficiently apply for the corresponding benefits for our employees
