Specialist in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
Creating security in the first pillar: For one of our partners - a renowned association compensation fund and social insurance institution in Eastern Switzerland - we at Rocken are looking for a specialist in finance and accounting. In this varied position, you will independently manage the accounting for various committees, prepare financial statements and budgets, and contribute to the financial management of a central social institution.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting of several autonomous committees from A to Z.
You plan and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidation and reporting.
You develop budgets, perform tariff calculations and prepare reports for management.
You compile statistics and handle billing with the cantons for delegated tasks.
You actively contribute to cross-departmental optimisation and financial projects.
Qualifications:
Federal diploma in finance and accounting or comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in accounting, assured closing skills and solid budgeting practice.
Proficient use of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience in the environment of social insurances, compensation funds or public administration is an advantage.
Analytical, discreet and team-oriented personality with a high degree of personal responsibility.
