HVAC-R Technician & Building Automation (Focus on Hydraulics & Heating)

Attached to the infrastructure management team, you ensure the technical and operational monitoring of central heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and automation installations.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure the daily monitoring of operation, maintenance, and minor works on central heating infrastructures and associated hydraulic networks.

• Validate commissioning, monitor project progress, and carry out the technical acceptance of sites.

• Manage MCR (Measurement, Control, Regulation) monitoring and ensure the updating of technical documentation.

? Desired Profile & Key Requirements

• Hydraulics & Heating: Strong skills in heat hydraulic networks and large central boiler rooms (note: the sought profile is not a refrigeration specialist / heat pump expert, but a seasoned technician in hydraulics).

• MCR & Automation: Operational mastery of MCR, HVAC systems and building regulation/GTC/GTB.

• Commissioning: Proven experience in site management, from design to effective commissioning and technical validation.

• Technical reading: Functional analysis and reading of electrical/hydraulic diagrams.

• Professional stability: Proven and lasting experience in similar positions (junior profiles or with high instability / too short assignments excluded).

• Autonomy, flexibility, team spirit and very good computer skills.

• Required diploma: BTS or ES Technician (Thermal engineering, Fluids/Energies, Home automation/MCR).

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven field experience in work monitoring and HVAC/Hydraulics operation.

• French: Advanced level (Fluent).

• English: Intermediate level.
