Role:
The company is an internationally active technology group that develops high-quality products and technical solutions for energy supply and industrial applications.
Particularly exciting is the combination of engineering, innovation, and international project business. Employees work on technically demanding solutions and operate at diverse interfaces between development, production, project management, service, sales, and central corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct and timely processing of accounts payable invoices and are responsible for their verification, coding, and posting.
For smooth payment transactions, you take on the preparation and control of payment runs.
You independently manage the accounts payable interface, analyse error cases, and maintain the supplier database in ABACUS.
You manage the cash register, support with month-end and year-end closing tasks, and prepare relevant documents for audits.
During holiday absences, you take on tasks in accounts receivable and support project bookings as well as the billing of assembly services.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial basic education EFZ and have solid experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts payable.
Your working style is characterised by high accuracy and quality orientation as well as independence and reliability.
Thanks to your IT affinity, you quickly find your way around digital applications and processes.
You communicate very confidently in German and have good English skills.
