About the job
For our partner, a recognised player in real estate investment fund management in French-speaking Switzerland, showing sustained growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to strengthen the Risk Management, Compliance & Legal and Finance & Controlling departments.
This role is aimed at experienced executive assistants, ideally with solid experience in the real estate or fiduciary sector, wishing to evolve in a cross-functional role with high added value, in direct connection with management.

Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Risk Management, Compliance & Legal management as well as the CFO, you play a central role in the smooth running of these departments.
As such, your main tasks are as follows:
- Organisation and coordination of sessions and meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-up of deadlines)
- Management of correspondence and formatting of documents and letters
- Structuring and classification of electronic files, notably in the context of a document migration to Microsoft 365
- Preparation of documentation required during periodic controls and external audits
- Monitoring of annual regulatory declarations and keeping compliance registers up to date
- Coordination of the financial deadlines calendar (closures, audits, tax declarations, reporting)
- Development of dashboards consolidating financial data and contribution to presentations for management bodies
- Cross-functional administrative support (regulatory monitoring, internal training, relations with auditors and external partners)
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the real estate or fiduciary sector
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools, knowledge of artificial intelligence tools is an asset
- Fluent French, German is an asset
- Rigor, attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Autonomy, initiative and ease in cross-functional communication
- Organisation, flexibility and ability to manage priorities
