In this role, as a Junior System Engineer, you actively shape modern IT solutions that sustainably inspire customers. Responsibilities:
Together with the team, you operate and develop modern ICT infrastructures for customers
You apply your first IT experiences in customer projects and your own projects
In the Service Desk, you support quick and professional problem resolution
You work precisely and reliably on technical tasks and documentation
You also contribute to presales with concepts and offers
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT specialist apprenticeship EFZ specialising in platform development
Ideally, you have some product-specific further training
You are characterised by a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for IT
You master German flawlessly in writing and speaking
