IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operate IT infrastructures reliably for managed services customers and continuously optimise them.
Analyse and handle service requests, incidents, problems, and changes in a structured manner.
Plan maintenance work in customer environments and carry it out together with engineering teams.
Operate monitoring and event management, detect disruptions early, and resolve them sustainably.
Identify technical customer needs and coordinate further solutions internally.
Qualifications:
Solid experience with virtualisation and server technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft basic infrastructure with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies.
Experience with terminal servers, VDI/Omnissa, and storage connections in virtualised infrastructures.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
Good German skills as well as technical English and a strong service orientation.
