What you will achieve

• Together with your team, you lead the hotel with passion, energy and a warm hospitality spirit
• You ensure a smooth operational process with your team and actively contribute to increasing revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
• You are actively involved in the budget and forecast process, analyse relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures with your team to achieve financial goals
• You keep an eye on revenue, costs and productivity and develop a strong understanding of the hotel’s economic performance
• As an inspiring leader, you promote your team, support its development and create a motivating and performance-oriented working environment
• With your hands-on mentality, you actively pitch in, are present in daily hotel operations and represent your team’s interests with commitment and conviction
• Decisions are made together through open, transparent communication, mutual trust and genuine team spirit

What you bring with you

• Several years of operational professional and leadership experience in a dynamic environment - ideally in lifestyle hospitality
• A completed education in hospitality or gastronomy as well as pronounced entrepreneurial and economic thinking
• Experience or strong interest in budgeting, forecasting, cost management and analysis of hotel KPIs
• Fluent German and English skills as well as a good sense for trends and guest needs
• Passion for bars & mixology - you are not only a host but also an inspiring leader who creates a lively bar culture, recognises trends and enthuses your team
• You know Zurich inside out - from the trendiest districts to hidden insider spots. This way you can give our guests the best tips and anchor the Moxy optimally in the local environment
