ISTQB Test Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
You keep an overview when several teams are working towards a release simultaneously. In this position as ISTQB Test Manager, you bundle all threads of quality assurance and help decide when a solution is ready for go-live. You test frontend and backend with a clear focus on test automation. Your voice carries weight, as you actively shape standards and methods. This makes you the central contact person for quality in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
You continuously refine the test strategy and test guidelines and establish uniform test processes.
This includes planning and managing all test activities throughout the entire release cycle.
You expand automated regression tests for frontend and backend systems, ensuring stable go-lives.
In Scrum teams and projects, you coordinate quality work and maintain the defined standards.
You make progress, risks, and quality status transparent and coordinate closely with internal and external partners.
Additionally, you select test methods specifically where they bring the greatest benefit.
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education or have an equivalent background.
You have solid practical experience in test management, as well as in performance, integration, and regression testing.
Agile working methods are your home, and you appreciate exchanging ideas with professionals from different disciplines.
You view quality and risks holistically and identify weaknesses early.
Furthermore, you convince with a systematic approach, take responsibility, and confidently represent your viewpoints.
Additionally, an ISTQB certificate is an advantage. You have a high level of German and are confident in English.
