Team Leader within the 1st Pillar Occupational Pension Administrative Department

We are looking for our client, an insurance company, for a:

Responsibilities :

• Changes concerning insured persons as well as memberships and departures
• Retirements and benefit cases
• Early withdrawals EPL and buybacks
• Incoming and outgoing vested benefits
• Divorce cases and feasibility declarations
• Claims in collaboration with reinsurers
• Pension payments and payment transactions
• Investment mandates and strategy changes
• Development of the internal department
• Management of 1-3 people and collaboration with 3 relationship managers

Profile :

• 30 - 55 years old
• Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years experience in occupational pensions
• Minimum 2-3 years professional experience as a team leader
  
• Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2-C1)
• Good knowledge of German (level B2 = an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools
• Responsible, autonomous person with leadership skills
