As Team Leader Broker Account Management West, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a key role in developing relationships with brokers in the Western region. You will be at the heart of Zurich’s strategy, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal broker support and the achievement of commercial objectives.

What you do

• You lead a team, set individual and collective objectives, and support the professional development of your colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• You develop and manage relationships with key brokers in the Western region, implementing growth strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
• You coordinate workflows between the Broker Account Management Persona Line (BAMPL) and Entry Point teams to ensure efficient and quality service
• You contribute to commercial planning, portfolio profitability monitoring, and promoting Zurich solutions to brokers
• You actively participate in digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Zurich’s standards regarding conformity and data protection

What you bring

• Higher education in economics, management, insurance or equivalent, ideally complemented by certification in the insurance field
• Proven experience in broker management and team leadership, with demonstrated skills in coaching and performance management
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and CRM/digital tools
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in French and a good knowledge of German and/or English as a significant asset
