To strengthen our Personal Insurance Benefits Division, we are looking for a Group Leader Training for Personal Insurance & Quality. Leading a team of specialists, you play a key role in skills development, service quality, and harmonising business practices within the division.
The various tasks awaiting you
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of trainers and Training & Quality specialists
- Organise the team’s activities, optimally allocate resources according to operational priorities, and ensure administrative follow-up
- Identify training needs and business guidelines of the different entities and coordinate actions with business leaders and managers
- Develop initial and ongoing training schemes, including educational materials, while ensuring the quality of induction programmes
- Lead projects aimed at improving the learning experience and the efficiency of training pathways
- Participate in the creation and evolution of business guidelines and ensure the harmonisation of practices within the division
- Support teams in applying business instructions and ensure effective dissemination of regulatory and organisational changes
- Manage quality control and monitoring activities and assist managers in analysing results and defining improvement measures
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, services, and quality standards
- Contribute to Vaudoise’s success through your leadership, business expertise, and ability to unite teams around common goals
What makes you unique
- Higher education or equivalent experience in insurance, training, or management
- Proven experience in personal insurance, ideally in accident insurance (LAA) and/or sickness loss of earnings benefits
- Bilingual French-German; at least C1 level in the non-native language (mandatory)
- Successful experience in team leadership and ability to support change in an evolving environment
- Strong interest in knowledge transfer and skills development
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Quality-oriented, solution-focused, and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Natural leadership, ability to unite and create a climate of trust
- Comfortable with digital tools and interested in issues related to digitalisation and continuous improvement
