Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as an Electrical Project Manager for the independent handling of diverse electrical installation projects. You will manage high and low voltage projects from tendering through work preparation and execution to billing and take operational responsibility on site. In addition to costs, deadlines, materials and personnel deployment, you will lead installation teams and coordinate collaboration with clients, planners and other project partners. The position combines electrical installation, project management and site supervision with professional responsibility for occupational safety and trainee development.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of high and low voltage projects from tendering to final billing
Technical and organisational work preparation (AVOR) for ongoing electrical installation projects
Planning and coordination of personnel, material and resource deployment
Leadership and professional guidance of electrical installers and installation teams
Monitoring of project costs, deadlines, services and execution quality
Creation and processing of tenders, change orders, measurements and billing
Organisation of material procurement and ensuring timely availability on site
Coordination with clients, specialist planners, site management and other trades
Ensuring professional execution in accordance with NIN, NIV and relevant electrotechnical regulations
Conducting and documenting site, quality and safety inspections
Responsibility for implementing occupational safety and health protection requirements
Support in apprentice training and preparation of trainees for qualification procedures
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ
Professional experience in electrical installation and site management
Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with federal certificate is an advantage
Sound knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, AVOR, costing and project billing
Good knowledge of relevant NIN, NIV and safety regulations
Good user skills in Microsoft 365 and industry-standard electrical software
Good German language skills and a category B driving licence
